There is a 90-day guarantee in effect for all labor and materials provided by Mountain Mechanical. Some materials carry separate manufacturer’s warranties. You can inquire about information from our technicians or through the manufacturer’s websites. We do occasionally install small customer provided parts, such as faucets or showerheads, but if it is a part we did not provide we do not offer a guarantee or warranties on the products.
If we repair a part on a system and then another part on the same system fails, the warranty only applies to the part we originally repaired. If a technician recommends multiple repairs, but you only choose to do some of them, rather than all of the recommended repairs, there is no guarantee the system won’t fail again.
Our technicians are professionals and their goal is to make all services as affordable as possible. Our technicians do not make commissions on parts, therefore they are not going to try and sell you parts or services you don’t need.
Our company offers 1-year parts, labor, workmanship, and defective equipment warranties on all new large equipment install. (i.e.Furnances, Hot Water heaters, Boilers…). If you experience trouble with your new equipment within the first year our technicians will fix it at no cost. After the first year, the parts and labor would fall under the specific manufacturer’s warranty for what they cover. Most do not cover labor after the first year but do cover parts. Please remember that many manufactures require that you register the equipment within 90 days of installation and have it serviced yearly in order to keep their warranty active. Our techs will supply manufacturer warranty information with you at the time of install.

We do not install customer supplied furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters, or any other equipment. We cannot offer warranties or guarantees on parts or equipment we did not provide.
